What is the use of Color Palettes? How to manage different Color Palettes?

Please note that the video and article screenshots may appear slightly different due to ongoing DesignO version upgrades. The tutorial video was originally recorded on DesignO Version 2.0, whereas the help article has now been updated to reflect Version 2.5. As a result, certain UI elements, screen layouts, or timestamp references in the screenshots may vary from what is shown in the video. However, the overall functionality, workflow, and process demonstrated in both the video and the article remain the same and accurate. The steps can be followed as demonstrated, irrespective of the minor interface differences caused by version enhancements.

Step 11:  Add the color to the selected palette by choosing color from color picker or entering the RGB hex code, or CMYK % percentage.

Step 12: Click on "Submit" to add the color to the palette.

Step 13: If a color already exists in a palette, rename it to add it again.

Step 14: Observe the added color in the color palette.

Now, see where these color palettes are used.

Step 15: Go to Settings and click on the Personalization Profile.

Step 16: Click on any personalisation profile to which you want to add this color palette to and move to the Background Settings and Color Settings.

Step 17: Enable the background colors and select the color palette.

Step 18: Now open the Design Studio of the Product to which the personalization profile was assigned to, so that you can view the background colors.
