How to Add and Manage Clipart library?
Cliparts make custom product design quick and creative. This guide shows you how to use cliparts in the Design Studio, add new ones, and assign them to your products, following the exact steps seen in the video walkthrough.
Managing Cliparts in the Designer Dashboard
Step 1: In the dashboard, open Libraries and choose Clip arts to view all cliparts.
Step 2: Filter cliparts by store, category (like COVID 19 or Emotions), or uploader.
Step 3: To create a new clipart category, click the dropdown icon and select Categories.
Step 4: Click to add a new category, select your store, and enter the category name. Submit to create it.
Step 5: Return to Cliparts, click Add new Clipart, enable it, assign a store, and choose the category you just created.
Step 6: Upload your clipart (only SVG format, up to 50 at once), then submit.
Assigning Cliparts to a Product
Step 1: Go to the Product section and find the product you want, like "business card two."
Step 2: Click the product ID to edit, scroll to Clipart Assign Clip art Categories, and select the category you created.
Step 3: Submit changes.
Step 4: To update the storefront, go to Settings > Cache management and clear the cache.
