What is editable artwork and how to manage artwork in DesignO?

This guide explores the creation and management of an editable artwork library in DesignO, highlighting the differences between editable artworks and design templates. Editable artworks, similar to cliparts, can be modified by creators and customers, unlike design templates that are used for entire products with multiple pages.

Creating an Editable Artwork

Step 1: Navigate to the Artwork section.

Step 2: Click on Artwork to view the existing artworks.

Step 3: Click on Add New Artwork.

Step 4: Select the store, name the artwork, and decide if it will be a text template. Text templates are visible under the text in the design studio.

Step 5: If it's not a text template, select a category.

Step 6: Click on Submit to create the artwork.

Designing the Artwork

Step 1: Click on the Design ICON.

Step 2: Use artwork or photos for the design.

Step 3: Edit the text and color as desired.

Step 4: Change the font.

Step 5: Save the changes.

Step 6: Save the artwork.

Step 7: Click on the Back option.

Step 8: Click on the Info option to view details about the artwork.

Assigning the Artwork to a Product

Step 1: Click on the product under the Products section.

Step 2: Under the editable artwork category, select the desired category and click Submit.

Step 3: Go to the front end website, click on the product where you assigned the artwork, click on personalization on the product detail page and load the design studio.

Step 4: Click on Design to view the artwork under the selected category.
