SVG stands for Scalable Vector Graphics and they are web-friendly vector files that are usually used to display two-dimensional graphics, charts and illustrations on an e-commerce platform. This format of vector files is used to make the web page and vector image responsive to different screen resolutions.
Unlike pixel-based raster files, SVG can be scaled up or down on a digital screen to any extent and yet it will not lose its resolution.
