LED UV Printing

LED UV Printing

LED UV printing is a unique process that involves UV curing, a drying method that uses light instead of heat to dry inks, coatings, or adhesives. The traditional printing techniques used older technology to dry inks, causing them to shrink by more than half. But UV curing takes only a couple of seconds to harden the ink without shrinking it.

The UV printing process has a faster turnaround time, consumes less power, and helps retain the depth and color of ink. It is the best method of printing to be used on versatile materials such as silk. The inks can be applied with selective printing to create embossed objects, custom textures, and letters.
