Step 3: For color ranges, click Add new color range, enter a name, and choose minimum and maximum.

Step 4: For quantity, input the range (e.g., 1–10 units), give it a name, and save it.

Step 5: For artwork area, enter square area dimensions (e.g., 1–20), name the range, and save it.

Step 6: Return to Printing Methods, hit Add new printing method, and toggle it on.

Step 7: Assign a store, provide a method name, and select the pricing logic—quantity, color count, or artwork size. Once you select one, related settings appear. Choose a range, set minimum and maximum order quantities, and enable options like Image Upload (to allow custom images) and Restrict Colors (to limit colors used).

Step 8: Set extras like name/number printing fees, add artwork setup fees (fixed or per color), and toggle alert messages for method changes. Enter your alert text and submit.

Step 9: Review the printing methods you’ve created. Give each a clear name and understand their settings for quantity, color, and artwork size logic. For example, a quantity range of 1–5 T-shirts might set the printing fee to $2 per side; for 6–10 T-shirts, it could be $1 per side. Options for image upload, number of color restrictions, and artwork setup fees are adjustable for each method. See other printing methods for number of colors and artwork size. Name your color ranges (such as "Single Color" or "Dual Color") and assign side-specific prices for each.

Step 10: For artwork size, you can create ranges like small (5–20 sq) and large (21–50 sq) with distinct per-side pricing.

Step 11: Assign printing methods to products from the Product section. Edit the product, scroll down to Pricing Logic, choose Printing Method, then select the methods you want for that product and click Submit.

Step 12: Go to Settings, open Cache Management, and clear the cache to update your storefront with changes.

Step 13: Visit the storefront to see your changes in action. Check how prices update for different quantity ranges, color selections, or artwork sizes. Use View Details to see exact pricing details as the customer would.

Conclusion

DesignO’s printing methods give you full control over product personalization pricing. Set up ranges that match your business, verify them in real time, and ensure customers always get fair, transparent quotes as they design. Assign methods to each product, update your storefront, and you’re set for streamlined, flexible pricing!
