Inkjet Printing

Inkjet Printing

Inkjet printing uses inkjet printers to create digital prints of text, graphics, and images. In web-to-print, inkjet printing produces flyers, banners, brochures, apparel, etc. Inkjet printers spray thousands of droplets on a piece of material where the droplets combine to form sharp, realistic, high-quality images.

The DPI (dots per inch) measurements of the inkjet printing help gauge how many droplets can fit along a single inch of the material. A higher DPI measurement means that the printer makes sprays smaller dots to create a sharp image. The cartridges and supplies for inkjet printing are widely available. Hence it is cheaper than thermal printing.
