Wide Format Printers

Wide Format Printers

The printing industry uses wide-format printers to produce a variety of prints, such as posters, banners, murals, wallpapers, trade show graphics, etc. These printers use inkjet technology to print on coated and glossy paper, vinyl, and textiles.

Wide format printers are more economical than screen printing for low-quantity print projects. They are designed to print on a print media roll between 18-100 inches wide rather than on individual sheets.

Wide format printers are available in solvent inkjet and UV inkjet varieties, out of which the latter is the more environmentally friendly option. The wide format UV printers are durable and can produce prints on a wide range of materials.
