Barcode

Barcode

A barcode is visually represented data that can be read and processed by machines. Product barcodes are created by many brands to identify, stock and manage their inventory through digital mediums.

Each product or inventory is given a unique barcode which then can be scanned at different stages of a product’s lifecycle in an organization. Right from adding the product to the inventory to selling it to customers and maintaining a stock of inventory, the barcode can be used to create effective governance and trail of a product’s status and its use using different technologies and applications.
