Background images set a consistent base layer in DesignO’s Design Studio, allowing customers to personalize products while maintaining brand standards.This guide covers accessing the background image library, creating new backgrounds and categories, and assigning these backgrounds to products.
Step 1: In Designer Admin, go to Libraries and select backgrounds. Filter by store, category, or creator, if needed.
Step 2: Go to background categories. Click Add New Category, assign a store, name it, and click Submit.
Step 4: Go to Products, find your product, and click Edit.
Step 5: Under Assign Background Categories, add your new category, then click Submit.
Step 6: To update the storefront, go to Settings > Cache Management and clear the cache.
Step 1: Open the product and click Personalize to open Design Studio.
Step 2: Click Background, select your new category, and confirm the image appears.
