Back Office Processes

Back Office Processes

For any organization, there are 2 sides to its operations. The first part is where processes and operations are directed and known to the customers. The other side of the operations is what goes behind the curtain or simply saying operations that are undertaken to help the product reach the customer.

These sets of processes or operations that are not known to the customers or are performed to help reach the product or service to the customers seamlessly are known as back office processes.

Right from procurement to production and billing and auditing processes, from accounting to HR management and financing processes, all these business processes that are not known to the customers can be termed as Back-office processes.
